Human Resources Practitioners of Color’s (HRPOC) core purpose is to support the business success of HR Practitioners of Color, and everything that we do reflects that intent. We strive to foster a supportive HR community through robust online dialogue and gathering opportunities which will, ultimately, assist our members in achieving greater career satisfaction and success. We honor the reality that, sometimes, only another HR person can truly understand! To that end, we facilitate meaningful approaches to networking, embrace new ways of enriching our connections as fellow minorities in the HR field, and raising the professional awareness of our members.
